This is the reason Beanie Siegel got punched out by Meek Mill Goons

Beanie Siegel by most accounts is an authentic Philly street nigga. Plus he ain’t no rookie to the game. He is a 42 year old man who came up around the criminals and hustlers in the streets. On top of that he has experience dealing with confrontations. He had the famous rap battle with Jadakiss. He had a fist fight with Gillie the Kid in front of Birdman. He has been through a lot of shit including prison and getting shot. I mean this is the self proclaim “Broad Street Bully,” the guy who named himself after the street (Siegel street in Philly) he did crimes and sold drugs on.

I know this man has a reputation and credibility on the streets and in the Hip Hop culture. I’m a fan of his music and I agree with him when he said he has a gift. However with all that established, I have a few questions for the OG Siegel.

The first question I want to ask him, is how the hell he wasn’t prepared for this beef with Meek Mill? I mean when a nigga sucker punch you; it is really, what it is. He snuck one in; he got me, you get him back the next time. But how did Beanie Siegel feel like he was going to come to Philly, get on stage and basically diss Meek in front of the home crowd and get away with it.

“I’m from the era where you had to fight. If men had problems, we will see each other, let each other know this what it is. If it’s on then it’s on; aight, you go your way, I go my way. But the next time we see each other, we know what it is poppin for.” Beanie Siegel said on the podcast.

So let me get this straight, Beanie wanted Meek Mill’s goons to walk up to him, address the beef and get at him at a later date. That is like the old school, where the kid would look at you across the classroom. Point at the clock and then make a fist and point it towards his eye. Meaning at 3 O’ clock after school, you and me are going to fight. I’m sorry Mr. Siegel but this is a new era. This is 2016 and he is lucky that they didn’t put his ass on Facebook Live and beat him up. Shit is real out here.

I mean he got punched after the initial podcast with Taxstone, where he talks about how the Meek Mill and Drake beef started. While he addresses that issue, he insinuates that he believes Nicki Minaj slept with Drake. Then after that he gets on a track with Meek Mill that is dissing The Game. He then said he was basically wasn’t told it was a diss track and he was doing for the city. He then states his loyalty to Game. Then he claims he wrote Meek Mill lyrics. And finally he gets on stage and says Meek doesn’t represent Philly right. So I’m going to ask again; how isn’t Beanie Siegel prepared for beef? Or at least cognizant of his disrespect and aware of the type of backlash it would bring?

    1. Without doubt. Beans got some of the hardest lines in rap history. And were not saying he is pushover physically. He just could have handle the situation differently.
