In the lawsuit, the alleged victim claimed that she and her younger brother were used by Tiffany and Aries to film scenes/skits that were meant to sexualize them. The alleged victim who was called Jane Doe in the suit claims that the videos were wildly inappropriate.
Now it seems that Jane Doe has had a change of heart. According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff has dropped the suit. The woman also released a statement explaining the dismissal. “My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years – and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us. We wish Tiffany the best and are glad that we can all put this behind us.”
She didn’t say anything about Aries Spears but the suit was dismissed against him as well. No statements have been released from Tiffany or Aries or their representatives.
