Can Yo Save Your Relationship?

Our third day of Yo’ing saw a hefty decline in Yo’s. We sent a few. I sent one while we were flopping in front of the World Cup game. My Yo interrupted her, which felt like a bad move immediately.

“Yeah?” Diedre said out loud, with a look that clearly meant “can you not?”

Yo is not for me. Maybe it’s a great drinking game waiting to happen or one day, that Barista will Yo me my latte. I’d love it if I could Yo a crappy driver when they cut me off; it would add a lot to the 10 seconds I typically lay on the horn.

I did think of the next logical step in Yovolution. If investors really want to score with a single phrase app, they should develop one that just allows people to send the phrase “I can’t” back and forth to each other. Think about how many times in your day-to-day life you’re annoyed with your kids, co-workers, or family and just need to revel in those exasperations with someone else on the sly. That’ll sell like hot cakes, yo.
