In an article by John Sibley titled “Is Nikola Tesla the Blame for Hurricane Sandy?” he stated that the same thing happened to Tesla when he presented plans for his weather modification. I bring this up because two Russian scientists are planning to follow through on Tesla plans to build a “Wireless Energy Transmitter.”
